1. Development Stage and Access

The Quintile Analysis Engine (QAE) is a domain-agnostic data analysis system that processes time-series data across any sector. NVDA (NVIDIA Corporation, ~$3 trillion market cap) was selected as proof-of-concept due to global interest in financial market data. QAE is currently in pre-commercial beta development stage. This service is primarily free, with optional subscription packages to support development, prior to commercial launch planned for 2026 via system-fundamentals.com. By accessing this platform, you acknowledge participation in development testing.

2. Service Description

QAE is a domain-agnostic data analysis system that processes time-series data into statistical intelligence using quintile-based analytical frameworks. While the current proof-of-concept uses NVDA financial data, QAE is designed to analyze any daily time-series dataset across finance, agriculture, operations, research, or other sectors. This means QAE can be applied to your proprietary datasets across any industry. QAE is a data analysis tool, not financial advice. QAE does not provide investment recommendations, trading signals, or financial advisory services.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using qae.system-fundamentals.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, which constitute the complete agreement for service use. If you do not agree, you must not use this service.

4. User Accounts and Access

Initial Interest:

• Interest in QAE is generated via social media where individuals provide name and email for consideration

Access Request Process:

• Access credentials are provided after technical setup and manual verification
• Verification email sent to confirm intention to access QAE
• User requests access password for free subscription via confirmation button

Access Options:

Default - Website Dashboard Access:

• Click 'Accept' button in verification email to proceed with dashboard access
• Immediate success message contains login credentials, also sent in follow-up email
• Access typically provided quickly, but QAE reserves the right to process requests within 72 hours

Optional - Email-Only PDF Delivery:

• Select email-only option during signup
• Receive PDF report via email at each daily update
• Important: Choosing email-only means NO dashboard access
• Email-only setup completed within 72 hours
• Future changes must be requested via email (72-hour processing)

Account Security:

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• You may not share account access with others
• QAE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use QAE premium services
• You must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Use is prohibited in countries subject to UK/US/EU sanctions

5. Beta Testing

As a beta service:

• Features are under active development and may change without notice
• Service availability is not guaranteed
• Data accuracy is provided on a best-effort basis
• Reports use NVDA financial data as proof-of-concept demonstration
• Your feedback helps improve the system for commercial launch

6. Data and Reports

• PDF reports are provided for download and personal use
• Interactive Looker Studio reports require Google account sign-in (managed separately by Google, subject to Google's terms)
• Reports are for informational and educational purposes only
• Historical data analysis does not predict future outcomes
• You assume all risk for decisions made based on QAE reports

7. No Financial Advice Disclaimer

CRITICAL: QAE provides domain-agnostic data analysis services only. While current reports use financial market data (NVDA), QAE does not:

• Offer investment advice or recommendations
• Provide trading signals or market predictions
• Guarantee accuracy of data or analysis
• Accept responsibility for financial decisions made using reports
• QAE is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). QAE does not provide investment services, financial promotions, or personalised advice under any regulatory framework.

Consult qualified financial advisors before making investment decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All analytical frameworks, methodologies, mathematical processes, dashboard designs, and report formats are proprietary to QAE. You may view and download reports for personal use but may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell QAE reports or methodologies
• Reverse engineer analytical processes

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• QAE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• QAE does not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or error-free operation
• QAE is not liable for any financial losses, damages, or consequences arising from use of QAE
• Total liability shall not exceed any amounts paid by you for the service (currently free/subscription-based)

10. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use QAE for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Not misuse, disrupt, or overload systems

11. Free and Subscription-Based Access

• NVDA report remains free as an ongoing example and demonstration of QAE with beta users providing useful refinement feedback
• Optional paid subscription-based report packages support pre-commercial development
• Paid subscriptions processed via Stripe through MailerLite integration
• Subscriptions are non-refundable
• Upon 2026 commercial launch, subscription-based access transitions to standard commercial subscriptions

12. Refunds and Disputes

Refund Policy: All subscription payments are non-refundable. Digital access is provided immediately upon payment with no cooling-off period. Technical issues preventing access will be resolved or refunded within 7 days of notification.

Dispute Process:

1. Contact simon@system-fundamentals.com with transaction details and issue description
2. QAE will respond within 48-72 hours to resolve in good faith
3. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated through Stripe's dispute resolution process
4. All dispute communications must occur within 30 days of transaction date

Non-Delivery Resolution: If you cannot access the service due to technical issues:

• Notify within 7 days of payment
• QAE will resolve access issues within 48 hours
• If access cannot be restored, full refund will be processed within 7 days

13. Payment Processing and Transaction Records

Payment Processor: All payments are processed by Stripe. QAE does not store payment card information. Stripe's terms and privacy policy govern payment processing: Privacy Policy

Transaction Records: QAE maintains transaction records (transaction ID, email, amount, date, product purchased) for tax compliance and dispute resolution. Records are stored securely in Google Cloud infrastructure and retained for 6 years per UK tax requirements.

Transaction History: You may request your transaction history at any time by contacting simon@system-fundamentals.com. Records will be provided within 7 days of request.

14. Subscription Management and Cancellation

How Subscriptions Work:

• Premium subscriptions bill once or twice monthly via Stripe through MailerLite integration
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
• You will receive email confirmation before each billing cycle

Cancellation Process:

• Cancel at any time by emailing simon@system-fundamentals.com with "Cancel Subscription" in subject line
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• Premium access continues until the end of your paid period
• After cancellation, you retain access to free tier (NVDA report)

What Happens to Your Data:

• Account data retained per Privacy Policy Section 10 (Data Retention)
• Transaction records retained for 6 years for tax compliance
• You may request data deletion after cancellation (email preferences and account info deleted within 30 days; transaction records retained per legal requirements)

Reactivation:

• You may reactivate premium access at any time by re-subscribing
• Previous transaction history remains available

15. Changes to Terms

QAE reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Termination

QAE may suspend or terminate your access at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of QAE services and reports.
